Office of Academic Links (Mainland and Regional) coordinates incoming visits from institutes, academic and scientific research units from the mainland, Macau and Taiwan and liaises with host department and/or administrative units, with an aim to establish platform for academic exchange, paving way for further collaboration. Services listed below will be provided by our office when necessary:

• Issuing Invitation Letter (only in Chinese)
• Reserving on-campus accommodation or hotel accommodation near CUHK
• Providing arrival guides to Hong Kong and CUHK for delegates
