The Hong Kong State Key Laboratory, National Engineering Center and Research Base Alliance aims at utilizing the advantages of scientific and technological cooperation between Hong Kong and the Mainland in order to promote the integration of disciplines, joint research and collaborative innovation towards the economic development and social betterment.
